Upload File

Upload documents, images, or other files to your project

Add files to your project directly through the conversation. Upload brand guidelines, product images, reference PDFs, or any other asset your workflows might need.

Why use this

  • Centralize your assets — keep brand guides, logos, and reference documents alongside your workflow outputs in one place
  • Feed workflows better data — uploaded files become available for future analyses and content generation
  • Skip the dashboard — upload files without leaving your AI assistant conversation

Supported file types

You can upload: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP, SVG, ICO, TTF, OTF, CSV, JSON, and MD files.

What you'll get

WhatDescription
Stored fileYour file is saved to the project directory, ready for use
File pathThe relative path where the file was saved, so you can reference it later
File sizeConfirmation of how many bytes were stored
Unique namingEach file gets a short prefix to prevent naming conflicts

Step by step

Provide your file

Share the file you want to upload with your AI assistant. The assistant handles the encoding and sends it to Luce.

"Upload this brand guide PDF to my project"

Choose a folder (optional)

By default, files go into the assets folder. You can specify a different folder if you want to organize uploads by type.

"Put it in the brand-assets folder"

Confirm the upload

Luce returns the file path and size so you can verify everything went through. Use this path to reference the file later.
