Cancel Workflow
Stop a running workflow
Stop a workflow that you no longer need. Cancel Workflow halts a running task so you can free up resources or relaunch with different parameters.
Why use this
- Save credits -- stop a workflow early if you realize you launched it with the wrong settings or don't need the results
- Unblock your project -- cancel a stuck or long-running workflow so you can launch a fresh one
- Clean up duplicates -- if you accidentally launched the same workflow twice, cancel the extra one
Only works on running workflows
You can only cancel workflows with "running" status. Pending workflows that haven't started yet and completed workflows cannot be cancelled. Use the running workflows list to find the right run ID.
What you'll get
| What | Description |
|---|---|
| Confirmation | A message confirming the workflow was cancelled |
| Updated status | The workflow status changes to "cancelled" |
