Content Task Tracking
Mark content plan tasks as done and keep your publishing roadmap current
Keep your 90-day content plan up to date by marking tasks as completed. Finished tasks are excluded from future suggestions, so your next actions always reflect what's actually left to do.
Why use this
- Keep your plan current — as you publish content, mark it done so the content planning tool always shows accurate next steps
- Add notes — record the URL of a published page or any relevant details alongside each completed task
- Safe to repeat — marking an already-completed task returns a confirmation without duplicating it
Requires a content plan
You need a completed content planning workflow first. Ask your AI assistant: "Run content planning for my project"
What you'll get
| What | Description |
|---|---|
| Completion status | Confirmation that the task was marked as done (or was already completed) |
| Task ID | The identifier for the completed task |
| Total completed | Running count of how many tasks you've finished |
Step by step
Review your content plan
Start by checking your content plan to see pending tasks and pick the ones you've completed.

Tell Luce which task is done
Once you've published or completed a task from the plan, let Luce know. You can reference it by name from the content plan.
"Mark the blog post about keyword research as done"
Add optional notes
If you want to record extra context — like the URL of a published page — include it when marking the task. This gets stored alongside the completion record.
"Mark the keyword research guide as done, published at example.com/keyword-guide"
Check your updated plan
After marking tasks, pull up the content plan again to see your progress and the next pending items.
